I doubt you can call one random video cameo performance by Meat, a live performance by Meat and one forgettable (eventually recycled in Ravishing) theme a particular "good relationship" though.
Meat himself posted here that the Raw thing this year was just something he had to do contractually. Thus it didn't seem to me as if he really enjoyed it, hence why it probably sucked (in my opinion).
