Thanks for the advice
. I already did find a dentist here in the states, and surprisingly it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Anyway my insurance will cover the expense when I get back. So it's anti-biotics and painkillers till I see my dentist next week. Whether the tooth can be saved is another question ...
