I do believe there is a good chance i'd kill the pair of them and dispose of the bodies at the local landfill site/swamp/shark infested swimming pool (delete to suit your local amenities).
It's totally out of order to move her in wiothout permission from you and your husband, never mind consulting you to the possibility.
How long have they been going out together?
Have you spoken to her parents at all to get their take on the situation?
