If all you've seen filmed is Lemon and the thank yous then it was as I thought and that wasn't from the Meat Loaf Prince's Trust Concert.
On 17th November 1994 Meat Loaf performed a whole concert at the Royal Albert Hall where all proceeds went to the Prince's Trust (in fact the tickets said it was the Prince's Trust Concert). Prince Charles attended and sat in the Royal Box but I don't think he stayed for the whole concert. (He was introduced to Meat Loaf and the band before the concert.)
That was the first concert of the tour and later they played Sheffield on 22nd, 29th and 30th November and at one of those 3 concerts (I can't remember offhad which) they filmed Life Is A Lemon specifically with the thank you in it which Meat Loaf said that evening was for The Prince's Trust concert which was screened on TV as part of a big Prince's Trust concert programme.
