Same here
Steve and Pat were both really great players, and whilst not knocking any of Meat's female singers, Patti has always stood out for me as she and Meat have a chemistry on stage that is truly exceptional; more so than any of those who preceded her imo.
Because for me it's always been Meat Loaf and his band rather than Meat Loaf THE band, I've always expected there to be changes in the line-up over the years, and the current one is so phenomenal I wouldn't change anything either. John has always been superb, the guitar line-up is exceptional, Dave on sax makes a superb addition, and to me Justin is simply the best and most electrifying pianist I've heard in the NLE.
