Sorry for the omission of the person who got fired. Yes it was Lisa. And Vicki clarified that Donald is the one who is going to publish the book. I tried to write this review twice and it was a bit lengthy such that the forum logged me out twice. For some reason, I couldn't go back and copy paste my review.
