So did the play get cast without auditions, or what? Is the play to be closely based on the film? I have watched that film so many times (even once in James Dean's hometown of Fairmont, Indiana) I quite literally have it memorized. Which part were you interested in? I met James Dean's high school drama teacher a few years ago, and she spoke very lovingly of him.
