He doesn't have to stay "silent". He obviously feels hurt and I understand his feelings but you have to consider
how exactly you react to things like that, how you word your statements, if it will make sense to "fight" or if it will be a waste of time and maybe cause even more damage. Try to see it from a non-fan's and a business perspective.
