Did you know that as well as his charity work Jimmy also volunteered as a porter or coffee shop assistant whenever they asked him for help. He always had time of day to talk to people wnenever they said hello as he walked round Leeds.

The 40m is a very low estimate BTW in an interview late 90's when they asked his accountant how much Jimmy had raised for charity his accountant replied he did not know because they stopped recording it at 40 million. Jimmy replied not enough.

Some people raise money for charity just for the publicity others like Jimmy & Meat do so because they feel passionate about what they do. The world needs more people like Jimmy.
