Again, this makes no sense to me. To teach people not to share - you share stuff. Seems very strange to me...
Oh, and it does not matter if a song is a demo or not, or if a video was recorded from tv - you still must have the copyright-holders consent if you want to share it legally.
Freeware (software that is made available for free and gives you the right to distribute it free-of-charge and in unmodiffied form) is another story...
