Its a very tricky one, but I have noticed that for concerts like this, the tickets start off very expensive - like the ones you bought - but nearer the date, the seller starts to get panicky, and reduces the price to get rid of them. Often they end up going for the same price as through the venue. Obviously its risky.

As for sorting this out, the seller has a legal responsibility to give you the tickets upon payment, so if they don't, get the police involved. Its fraud at the end of the day. Don't leave it too late as you may miss out. The threat of the police will probably be enough to get them to hand over the tickets.

I have also experienced something similar, though on a much smaller scale. I've just bought a Meat Loaf CD on ebay - well I say just, I paid for it 3 weeks ago. The woman concerned has only just banked my cheque, and I have yet to see the CD. She also has some negative feedback and it seems she runs some sort of CD sales thing.

Ebay can be great but it can also be very annoying!
