I really don't think it's the Romney thing (I hope not).
The fact that the "performance" was so obviously unrehearsed suggests that the Romney thing was put together very last minute.
As RA says, perhaps it's something that Meat wants to get set in stone before he tells us about it, just in case it doesn't come off. Last he thing he wants is a pissed off Wario ranting at him over another broken promise
