i hate to see meat go but it is liek what he did in america at his suppose to be meet and greets, he turned his back on his fans. just because of certain people causing the problems he took it out on everyone . that is real professional in my book. so now u have to pay for a site, isn't he making enough money , why should people have to pay . i am sorry i am just upset that this happened. i feel that meat needs to be more professional at what he does instead of using his acting to show how he really feels
I see it rather differently:
There were never any M&Gs arranged in the US leg because of the pressure Meat was under in this leg of the tour. They were not promised, so to call them "supposed" is not really accurate.
He chose to come here, and because he was getting wound up at criticisms decided to leave. He had no obligation to be here, so is not "taking it out" on anybody, just exercising his freedom of choice
A pay for site may be like an on-line fan club, and those who just want to have a pop at him are less likely to opt to pay for the privilege. Whatever, it is unlikely to be about making money. Meat has said time and again that this is not his motivation for doing things, and I believe him.

Like Guppie, I don't see this as Meat turning his back on his fans .. just deciding he no longer wants to visit somewhere where he will get upset. Meat has always said that the person who takes Meat Loaf on stage is shy, and today he's admitted he, like many performers, feels insecure. I think that's been plain, and that's why so many of us have sought to support him rather than offer him criticisms of his performances. I agree with Jayd2 that to continue to put him down is unnecessary, but that it continues speaks volumes about his reasons for leaving.
