Like many of you I believe in free speech but some of the people posting here seem to have a hidden agenda. The big problem with web posting is many people hide behind a pseudonym - I don't nor did Michael.
Personally I would like to see a hidden "fans only access area" without removing the general forum. I think Meat may have the idea that everyone who posts here is a fan club member - they are not.
It still doesn't take away the concern I have over miscommunication - the original cause of all this. A genuine Meat Loaf fan made an observation, he's written positive reviews and he's entitled to a view on a particular show. He's also a fan club member folks!
As regards Fan Club fees these would be kept lower if more joined (economies of scale you know).
Now come on I've stirred it up what do you say to that? (Let me guess)

whilst I'm sure Mike's post was a general observation and just coincidental that it appeared below my post.

I'm not sure about your comments about hiding behind a pseudonym, I chose my nickname here because it means something to me and I chose not to share my real name on an open forum, and would whole heartedly encourage others to do likewise, you only have to read the papers to see why. Those I know or get to know and trust I share my personal information with, and of course this is also supplied with fan club membership. As I have been personally abused through this board and have been called various things for my upport and fanship of the the man this site is dedicated to, I'm personally glad I chose to keep my pseudonym!
To summarise I can make no further comment than I have already done.

IMO, Opinions should be qualified, Critisism should be cronstructive, and Yes we all have the right to free speech, and following the modern trend we all have "human rights" but what we should never lose sight of is the fact that we all have these rights in equal measure.
If we go through life thinking that the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, and seeking the unatainable,we will always be disappointed.
My take is make the best of what you have and enjoy the moment.
Lifes too short my friends far too short...........just read the papers there is tragedy and injust out there in abundance.
