The Grand Canyon is, of course, spectacular, but you kind of know that before you get there. Death Valley was a complete shock so has probably had more of an impact.
We got out of the car at Death Valley and stood in shock as we realised it was complete silence, and I mean complete silence! It was so quiet it was painful, like going deaf, it was actually quite scary! Incredible experience though.
Post-show blues have seriously kicked in...I feel so lucky to have been at all but would give anything to go back
