It is on Amazon, that's where I saw it. I got notice the theatrical rights are available for public screenings of the film in the United States. There is a delay in the ownable download/DVD/BluRay to give the film time to pick up (or flop) on the big screen. BTW, the rental of the film will discontinue shortly.
