I used to use these kind of services to watch the Celebrity Apprentice preview videos and extra footage from NBC's site a few years ago.
There is a (free) Firefox extension (May work with other browsers as well) called Hola that I've used in the past, and it worked very well. You just download, install, and then "change" your country location.
