By the looks of it the service allows you to watch programmes from over 600 TV channels for free (ad-supported). Not all TV shows are available to watch on demand but BBC4 is available to watch live so to be sure of catching this documentary you'll have to work out what the air times would be for your timezone.

The show airs on BBC Four at the following (GMT) times:

Friday 9th January - 9pm
Saturday 10th January - 1am
Sunday 11th January - 11:30pm

If you're registered and logged in it looks like you have the option to record once the show has started to watch later but I don't yet know if these will be available to download to your own computer.
