I think that it's very difficult to reach out to everyone, particularly those who aren't online in an easy way and I don't really think there is a solution to the matter. There will always be some people who can't or won't use whatever method Meat primarily uses to update and interact with his fanbase. For example, I know that some people find forums too difficult and complicated to use and they're not always easy to browse if your only Internet access is via a smartphone.
