Actually an underrated movie that got a lot of heat because there is no Michael Myers in it. Still a superb 80's horror flick with a certain John Carpenter feel to it (Carpenter wrote the score and was also an uncredited co-writer)

Just seen this for the first time and to my surprise really enjoyed it. The idea of a different halloween horror story every year is at least interesting and the whole mask set up is quite well played.
Note to the Bond producers: the baddy in this is better at the whole friendly but sinister thing than your new Blofeld without saddling him with any of that dumb family ties guff.
Ending is a bit abrupt but good call to leave you wandering and not wrap everything up in a nice bow.
Overall a well earned 3/5.
