R. Ellis has downloaded the patch from Microsoft, and touch wood everything appears ok now.
I'm deleting all forwarded e mails with previous e mail addresses and attachments even from people I know, just to be on the safe side for the time being anyway.
thanks to one lovely lady on here, I am happy again, she saved my sanity, (she knows who she is,) and replaced my photographs for me and I immediately backed them up .
