oh we als had a problem with NTL but call was from India
we are on BT broadband and they wanted us to go back to a dial-up
first we dont have a modem anymore
then when trying to phone them up the number was no longer in service
but they still wanted our bank details so all we done was cancel the bank demit and we just went s**** you
