Here in the US, Sanctuary Records Released CHSIB, but don't even have Meat listed as an artist on their website!! 
I'm curious though, and please bear with me for being dumb, but who actually decides which record company will release an album/single? I've heard that the delay in releasing CHSIB here was due to a change in record companies.

You're right ... from what I understand, they were originally supposed to release in the US sometime during the summer, and Meat would have
had more time to promote it before starting the first leg of the US tour.
But then he changed record companies and signed with Sanctuary, wh
its just history repeating itself once again! For whatever reasons Meat cant seem to keeep himself on a label or he takes himself off of them or whatever. I dont understand and since I am not "in the business" I probably never will. I wonder, if it is the whole "Bat out of Hell" thing that scares these record companies from promoting or wanthing Meat on their label?
