I take that to mean he had no intention of making up a tour date for a sold out show in Columbus, Ohio. But, you might take it differently.
I do not have access to my home e-mail here at work, but will be glad to share with you the promise PromoWest made to the ticketholders for the Columbus show about Meat Loaf returing to make up the show in the spring.
