Default HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I would like to wish all our American friends and family a happy thanksgiving :P :P :P for Thursday. Having lived in the states for a couple of years in a previous life I know how important it is for you. (my ex husband kept telling me so). Also to Meat and his entourage so far away from home.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Default First Time

This is my first time being away on Thanksgiving and it kind of stinks. We are still in Dublin finishing up three more shows and then it's home to the US. It is so beautiful here, but I want snow and egg nog and my hot fire place. Keep the Turkey hot for me, I'll be home with bells on...

Happy Thanksgiving

I'm sorry to hear that you are so far away from home on Thanksgiving. If you really want snow so bad, you can have mine We got snow the weekend of our Thanksgiving (in October) and it hasn't left yet.

Thanks for the good wishes for Thanksgiving! I didn't know until this year that it was not celebrated in Europe! I have a 22 pound turkey defrosting and awaiting the dozen of my husbands relatives who are due to arrive (hmmmm, maybe Europe has the right idea! )

Thanks to all from outside the US for their best wishes to us colonials. This is a special day for us here and your thoughts are appreciated.

A day to give thanks for what you are blessed with, and I will do so. A year filled with ups and downs, but such is life. If you look around, there are truly many things to give thanks for.

My best to all,
T

Groan....a bit too much turkey...and mashed taters...and cheesecake...all in all, a typical Thanksgiving Day!

Does anyone know if Meat went on with his scheduled Dublin (right?) turkey day shindig, or stay in London? Since he mentioned a cardiology appointment today, I'd suspect he stayed in London.
