Default meat T-shirts where can i get them from?

i'm desperate to get my hands on an official meatloaf t-shirt. I was going to order one from the net website but i cant because my card is maestro, and i dont think they accept that. Is there anywhere else i'd be able to get one from thanks in advance.

I'm not entirely sure which cards .net do and don't accept but if you're not sure about your card try it anyway!

.net have a good selection of t-shirts (though whether they get to you is another matter but that's a whole other rant I'll have later!) - on a positive note .net have sent some great merchandise to people and with the exchange rate being as it is at the moment you'll get them for a great price.

Ebay often have t-shirts for sale but you'll have to hold out for one in your size coming up.

EIL.com sometimes have t-shirts too but personally I find this site too pricey when I know i can get the stuff elsewhere...

.net only accepts credit cards. UK debit cards like Maestro or Switch are no use unfortunately.

Well, as I found out, UK no longer accepts most of our MAJOR credit cards because of your new credit card equipment...

I am curious how that is going to play out...apparently your creidt card have some kind of a chip that ours don't...down goes tourist trade!!!

That's just the merchants being lazy or ignorant ... they are obliged to accept credit cards which don't have a chip embedded in them, but many will attempt to refuse them because they think that the card isn't valid, when it is.

Emma, if you're going to any concerts in the Fall, I am sure they will have official merchandise...or you can come to the venue and see if anybody from here buy it for you if you're not attending any concerts...

Whilst we're on the topic of t-shirts...can anyone in the US tell me if the merchandise at the second leg shows is the same as the first and the same as what is availble on .net?

It's coming up to 4 months since my order went in for one thing and apparently it's consistantly out of stock...

I ordered myself the Ice Hockey Jersey what was on offer, then got stung by customs for another £16.00 customs duty, so you got to be aware, that Fanfire do put the full cost of the item on the packaging, and if it amounts to over £18.00, you will pay customs duty.

It's the blue jersey that's out of stock apparently, despite being told it was out of stock while the merchandise stands at the shows in the UK had loads of them!

That's what's more bloody annoying, the shirts were on sale at every show we saw yet we're still getting "out of stock" emails - I'm sure they could get some from somewhere!!!

I think we did them at £14.99 + P&P last time, I can't really remember. It was a while ago.

Maestro is fine!

Sorry to have to correct you there Andy but unfortunately I have to.

The only way that UK retailers are allowed to accept a credit card outside the chip and pin system now in use is if it is a foreign card that does not have a chip.

Any retailer that accepts a UK card without the chip will not have the payment honoured by the banking system. So it is not retailers being lazy it is the banks refusing to process non chip cards. For the first 2 years the chip and pin system was optional but that ended somewhere around 18 months ago.

Mail order processing still accept as before but systems are already in place ready to provide chip readers on a trial basis for home use. Expect this to become compulsory if the trial is successful

Which was my point, although perhaps I could have put it across better.

Well, what Andy was trying to say, I am from America and was trying to use American credit card which is quite foreign to England. And my credit card was NOT accepted in quite a few places on my last stay in England.
