Good Luck! I would like to try it...but know I am not the physical shape nor would my doctor clear me for it at this point. It is a goal to graduate from the program. YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE!!! I know a lot of people who have done it...they all look wonderful!!!

Good Luck Mr. Elijah .... it is difficult, but well worth it. Several people I know have used it and were very happy with the results. Also, a former US Military friend attested that it was well worth his money. I wish you all the best with this disciplined system
I bought the Insanity program. It's not for the beginner that's for sure. |
