Help! In search of a photo...

HELP! I'm in search of a Meat Loaf photo! LOL I cannot recall where I saw it but love/love/love it ---can't remember if I saw it here, on Meat's FB page, on the FB forum, no idea where...

I think it is a screencap of ML's televised "All of Me" medley because of the black jacket/sparkly sleeve (but maybe not). He's looking over to the side a little bit, with this kind of "Yup, I have accomplished something here!" smile on his face. I think he even has his tongue stuck out a little bit too... ??????

Does anybody know what the heck I am talking about? Or did I just dream up this photo? LOL
