New CD/ Introduction

Hello all I guess I should have posted an introduction first before posting :) so here it is. My name is Phoeba, I'm 22 and live in Ohio. I became a fan in '95 and it's kinda a funny story cause I was raised on country music and that's all I listened to and my sister had Bat 2 and listened to it all the time and I didn't like it cause it wasn't country well on Halloween my sister wanted me to record RHPS for her and I thought it was pretty good well after it they had a special on Meat called VH1 to one and I watched it and I fell in love with the music and the rest as they say is history. Unforrtuntly though I have not seen him in concert but in '99 during his book tour I meet him in Cleveland and as my Mom and friend say went loafy, looking back I guess it was funny, but at the time I was mortified all I manged to say was Hiiii! and Thank You and Meat thought it was funny and was like Hi! Hi! Hi! and a comment was made about having too much of the punch. But it was the best moment of my life so far.

. Just got the new CD and it's awesome. At first I was a little hesitate to hear it because of hearing who had written some of the songs but boy was I wrong. I was capitivated form Couldn't Have Said It Better all the way to the cover of Buy Me A Mercury. The videos also are extremly cool and since here in the states VH1 and MTV seem to have a policy against showing his videos I finally got to see them. I think it is his best performance yet.

Welcome Phoeba! You'll have a good time here. I'm also American, from central Florida for the last 25 years but previously from Northern Indiana farm country. I'm 34, looking forward to hearing more from you here on the boards.
