Well last year I had the nicest pancakes at my friend, Joel's, house!! His mum and dad made some and we just happened to be there by pure chance........(honest)!! But apparently I'm too strange for him now!! Lmao!! Have you heard anything like it!! I mean ....me strange!!!
But anyway, so I'm just gonna attemp to make my own pancakes today!!!

Hey, my husband is a baker- he'll make pancakes for all of us! (Not too clear on how we'll get them over the ocean freshly......)

Don't forget folks... for best results make your pancake batter early, only stir it anti-clockwise and leave it to stand for as long as possible at room temperature.

As pancake batter is the same as Yorkshire Pudding batter, remember that you should leave it to stand for 1 hour at room temp before using it whilst singing "On Ilkla moor Baht At" at it!!!!

And why the difficulty flipping them, i have never had a problem tossing pancakes. Which I suppose makes me the boards biggest Toss........
