It says #49 in the miniature album collection
I assume some gum companie once put out chewing gum with different album covers on them, as a series.

Yeah and the gum is probaly in the shape of the record....well I wouldn't buy it I don't go over board with to much ml just few cd/and few dvd. This is one of those items that a fan or ml fanatic would buy just to say they got it. It's more about bragging rights
