Oh, Michael... how awful... and I hear you about neighbors... though we are fairly friendly with a family across the street and one two doors down ... Maybe we could have them keep some food from our freezer in theirs... That's happened to us a couple times... One time I had to run it all over to my sister's a few blocks away ... and another we were lucky... It was winter so we packed it up in containers and stored it out in the yard !!! We've had our used fridge we paid about 100.00 for for about 15 years now... and every time I load up the freezer I wonder "is THIS the week it conks out ?" ... lol ... We've been blessed so far ...

And dukie k ... I'm so sorry to hear about your tv ... Omgoodness... I think we would just keel at the hut should the tv go ... It's husband sole source of entertainment and a bonding device for us ... lol ... I come home from work, do up dinner... husband does up dishes... and then we sit and watch fave shows ... THAT kind of bonding... lol ...

I'm hoping I can beg off the day job today ... I need to get to doctor for a checkup and there's so many domestic goddessing things I've put off ... oh my ... but with good conscience I really can't ... hmmm ... We'll see how things go after I talk to doctor's office receptionist and check the work emailbox ...
