Egads! When I had my knee operation, the specialist told me, "oh yeah, one in four people will have this painful reaction. looks like you're it."
I used to smack people around on the sidewalk with my crutches just for the heck of it when the pain got bad. didn't help the pain in my knee though and luckily nobody ever sued me.
sure hope physio can give you some modicum of relief.

Hope you're feeling better soon, Meat. I empathize- I used to play high school and college football and now my knees are bothering me too. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

pain sucks, im sorry to hear you're still in bad pain... alcohol can help, but not good when mixed with pain killers

i reckon your best bet is to get a banjo :)

Painkillers and physio is the only things that will help.

Aww Meat hope you get better soon, you know I am very good at massages and my dad pulled a muscle in his back last week, so I gave him a massage with one of my oils that I have, and it really helped. So I've you need anything illbe happy to help xxx
