You might want to get some wrist support because it's a heck of a lot of typing and you may be prone to repetitive sprain injury

I think we are dealing with some deep rooted issues here. I would suggest a sessin on the couch but

My urgent suggestion to you is freezing cold showers on the hour evry hour for a whole month and as it is you and possibly too far from redemption I think you should also be blindfolded and scrub your whole body with a brillo pad!

Dear Gerry

I think we need to re-evaluate your rehabilitaion plan

First week cold showers every half hour
Second week cold showers every three-quarters of an hour
then hourly cold showers for the next month!

I would also recommend you visit your GP or local herbalist and buy some bromide and take this each night for 6 months

finally you should take up some Adult Learning Classes (check with your local library) and learn how to read properly becasue what I said was.......

Have tried the cold shower, looked down and thought I was a woman

. Had to tourn the heat up a wee bit.

Hopefully this therapy session will improve my self esteem.
