OK, you got me.
I'm involved in top secret research for a government project.
We put people in unpleasant situations and see how they react.

The two favourites tests are leaving the thirsty customer waiting at the bar for a drink for prolonged periods.

And...........

We also have secret cameras above the checkout in every supermarket.
The carrier bags were designed to be extremely difficult to open and we observe the unwitting test subject try to open the ~~~~~~.

We got the idea from watching rats running around a special designed maze.

No scientific reason for the rats in the maze, it's just funny after a few beers to watch them run around and bump into stuff

I'll have to do them one at a time.
This is stuff is pretty unstable and I don't like having too much in one place at one time.

Have you ever heard of the country Landtopiasteinia? (they could never decide how to end the name of the country so just threw a few together and called it good)

No?

Nor has anyone else since, at a bubblewrap salesman convention, the three main bubblewrap sales directors of the "ia" area of the country ordered a Moonshine each (The Bat & Belfry got to run the beer tent with a little help from the government in return for our help in carrier bad stress tests. Plus the President owed me a couple of hundred quidbuckeurofracs when Lars, his pick of the day, was last rat out of the maze) from the barman I sent over there for the occassion.
Why he served those drinks all at once will never be know. Maybe he was brave, uncarring, foolhardy, stupid, or just downright suicidal, but the country was erased from the map with a cry of "cheerproskolslangostrovia" and the clinking of three glasses

Well as an answer, it makes a change from "here you go"

Ha ha, can't comment on the cricket, I only watched enough to see Graeme SWann wipe his nose on his sleeve, look at it and then wipe it off his sleeve with his other hand. Then I watched the cycling ha ha.

I feel like a large brandy today, it's a little chilly this morning and I need some hair of the dog.

How about a Wham?

It's a mixture of Red Bull and a very powerful laxative I have in stock.

It wakes you up before you go go

Sorry for the wait, i've been trying a few things out in the lab

I've got a drink here, but my test subject hasn't been to sleep now for two days, and he only had half a glass.
Don't know how long it's gonna take to get out of his system.

Well, the next customer has opted for some good English cider, so cider all round

Now you are talking my language.
Cider, the drink of the gods and the choice of the people who like cider

I think that tag line needs some work
