LATEST PRESS RELEASE
As promised, Mercury's Head of Press has sent me the latest official news:
"There was a press conference held this morning at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, with media from press, TV and radio present. Meat Loaf was fantastic, and announced that his doctors had given him the all clear to resume his tour in Dublin on Tuesday, thereafter performing at all the remaining dates through December, health permitting. The dates which had to be postponed, are being rescheduled for January. Two very important messages Meat wanted to get across today were 1. that he was told by his promoters that as he had performed for over one hour at the Wembley show, that he did not need to reschedule this show. He has decided however that this is unfair on the fans, as they did not see a full Meat show, and he is planning to reschedule this show again also, and 2. he wanted to thank all the nurses and doctors who had helped him whilst he has been in the UK." Thanks to Mercury for following through the promise. Bless that special guy!!
