mmm, that is very strange... Have you already read the messages in the mailbox.... and then really deleted them??

And you have read the new Pm's that you have on this box... mmm... maybe a cookie problem or temporary internet files problem... You can try to clean that, maybe the problem is solved.

Otherwise, don't know it for now.

Hi original sin, this has also happened to me R did give me a reason why it might happen. I think it maybe the person who's sending you the pm deleting it from their end before you've read it.

I think R's explanation is the anwer.

You have an outbox and a sentbox.
If you send someone a PM, it goes to your outbox.
After the receiver reads it, it goes to your sentbox.
That way, you can always see if a person already read your PM or not.
But if you delete messages in your outbox, the receiver gets a mail that there's a new pm, but it's already gone.

I think not everybody knows that a PM in your outbox hasn't been read yet by the one you send it to.
So they think it is sent and then they delete.

I don't know, but I had a problem with PM notifications once. I received a PM notification for a PM I'd received over a month before.
