Surf's Up single

I have another vinyl question: Has Surf's Up ever been officially released as a single? I know there's a video and 7'' as well as 12" promo singles by RCA but I've never seen a non-promo record anywhere and it's not listed in the discographies I've checked so far. Does anybody have info on this?

From what I got there are two promos by RCA (1's an edit of the UK mix and the other ones an edit of the US mix). i also have an MP3 which features sound effects and doesn't fade out, but its sourced from an unreleased single release according to my anonymous trader.

So no it was never officially released as a single.
