Its from a brit comedy called Allo Allo. It was set during WW2 and took the p*ss out of every nationality especially the Germans. Strangely it is still to this day the most popular BBC program in Germany. Well worth a look if you fancy a giggle and can be found on many online streaming sites.

I had most of the cast visit me in hospital when I was a kid.
THey were on tour with the live show, and I couldn't get to it (it was my fav show as a kid) so the cast (apart from Gordon, who sadly had other commitments) came down to the hospital and visited me and all the other kids.

That was when they were doing live shows.

Live shows.

Venues.

O2

And then we were back on topic

The first time I heard about it was when a guy from Denmark told me about it. As far as I know it had not been broadcasted in Germany before February 2010.

YOU PERVERT

Anyway it wasnt Captain Hans Geering ( Sam Kelly ) Who asked for the flying helmet & wet celery it was Colonel Kurt von Strohm ( Richard Marner )

Hans Geering liked the girls to dress up like French resistance girls because "They wear McIntoshes and little short white socks and berets like any other French girl. And they only reveal themselves at night. "
