Anyone else who has owned one, Or knows someone who has owned one have problems with it?? One of the little copper prongs that reads the sim has come loose on mine. And as my network provider o2, Will not cover "physical damage" of the phone. And as they were the only ones to have changed the sim, As i originally returned the phone to the store with a software problem, They updated it, Tried a new sim etc. I had no reason to mess/tamper with a sim in the phone while it was working, And are now charging me a small fortune to replace the phone as insurance will not cover it.

Check and see if it is covered by the warranty. If not, you'll likely have to pay up bro.

Well your first problem is, you bought a crackberry xD
Second, I thinnk you should find out if its under warranty, if its not, you could always try ebay or another site for a used one or a different phone? |

I liked the Blackberry enough, but now that I have switched to the iPhone...I am a totally new person. The Blackberry seemed made of easily broken pieces.
