WE were told we had 20 min, and we played 21.34

Enough said'

If it wasn't good I'm sorry did the best I could we could not hear and they sent us up early before the line check to the tv truck was ready, my monitors did not work and if anyone can do better then more power to them. when you can't hear!!!!!!!!! they sucked we tried that's all I can say they cut us off at 12 mins. when we had 20. I am very upset, last nite was not our new set was not the whole show not The lights were bringing, that was a a wram up and the first time we had done three of the songs, we couldn't go longer than 2 hours. we did 6 off the new record and thats a lot if I did everything we would be up there for 6 hours.

Hey Fireball, I think you did great. I think most of us are angry with the organisers that they didn't give you the time you deserved. Also most of us, I think, would understand how tired you must have been after your promo gig the night before. You certainly brought that stage alive. ROCK ON FIREBALL.

Well said greg, totally agree with what you said. How can Denise van Outen say Meat goes on with himself to much when she is one of Britains biggest and loudest show offs. Why couldn't they get decent presenters instead of wanna be legends and Big Brother cast offs. Many I have spoken to today agree that Meat wasn't shown the respect he deserves.

ROCK ON FIRE BALL!!

We love you and know you did the best you could. Trust me, I have tried to sing Bat Out Of Hell in many karoke bars where I could not hear myself. It is HORRID!

How did you feel about your show in Plymouth? The set list sounds amazing!

Meat man, sounds like you're taking this pretty bad... I have to admit (as you may have guessed from some of my posts) I couldn't believe the way you were treated.

It totally sucked and it was clear you was doing the best you could considering the sound problems etc...

From the few minutes they showed of you, the crowd pops sounded amazing and you seemed to really get over with the mainly young crowd.

I just still cant believe they cut you for Craig David... respect to him for what he has achieved, but totally disrespectful to cut you mid song.

The tossers in the studio claimed you had 15 mins and stayed on for 52 mins. Anyway man, you did well and looking forward to you returning in November...

take it easy, Kev

Fantastic job Meat!

Don't know if you've managed to see any of the TV coverage but I think the on-screen text message during your interview proved just how much you stood out from the other artists - yours was a true performance from a true performer :)

Kevin...we need to start a new club called Youth For Meat Loaf! It is so refreshing that so many "youngsters" appreciate a GREAT entertainer!

Hi, I thought what was broadcast on the radio was great! The mike cut out once or twice, but Patti, Kasim and the rest of the band more then covered up for it when it happened and when it was working, all seemed well and sounded fine too! :)

Anyway, i am getting perplexed where to post this with all the different topics of the day, but go to this url (i posted it before but they DID add another shot of Meat!):

http://217.158.83.123/scripts/kws30p...xOnly&maxhits=
12&FLFA_FIELD=&SEARCH_FILTERA=&search=
LFLON+002759&hmessage=PARTY%20IN%20THE%20PARK%20-%20LONDON&submit=lsearch

The first page now has a shot of Meat and Prince Charles sitting in the stands. Cool Take care and when i find more, i'll let ya all know! Edited to add just another small comment and to also see if i can get the url to not list so long! If there's a problem with the above link, please just copy and paste it into your browsers. And for those who didnt see the link the first time, do check out more then just the first page that loads as there's also two performance shots of Meat you might want to see! Bye!

it was a solid performance Meat, not your fault the sound went faulty and you had all the technical faults. I enjoyed it and you put on a great performance - wish id been there - nice to see the scarf/hanky back!although i am disapointed in channel 5s coverage. As far as I saw we got the whole CHSIB, a 3 minute Anything for Love and No bat (unless they played it later on in the show, does anyone know if they did?). We got your interview after as well.
A good mention should go out to WHEATUS who asked why the camera was on him and not meat loaf - said he was a fan!

We KNOW. You always give it your best. We all know that. Being in the Netherlands, all I had was the radio-streams on the internet, so I heard the interview (which was as funny as ever) and CHSIB and that sounded good for my ears.
