Is there really going to be a UK tour next year?

After Last at Bat I had come to the terms with the fact that I wouldn't be seeing Meat Loaf live again....but now the rumours seem to be he is coming back.

Is this definitely going to happen or am I going to get my hopes up then nothing ever comes of it??

If it is true I presume no dates or venues are announced yet as I would SURELY know by now if he was coming to Newcastle.

Not rumours .. Meat keeps reminding people on his FB page that he has repeatedly confirmed he will be doing one final tour this side of the Atlantic early next year. Meat's already mentioned that the first date will be Manchester on 16 Jan, and has also said he'll be doing the O2. He said dates/tickets around August. I'd be surprised if Newcastle wasn't among them
