Its the Wasted Youth Speech, and it's on Bat 2, just before Everything Louder Than Everything Else.

I must confess I always think of them as one song!! They just follow on from one another.

The original (better) version was on "Bad For Good" by Jim Steinman. That's why I don't see it and "Everything Louder Than Everything Else" as the same track.

CHSIB, Black Dog
It always confuses me when I play my CDs at "random mode" and they don't follow each other.

Just for completeness, I'd like to add:

Jim Steinman - Love, Death And An American Guitar (Bad For Good) -1981
Meat Loaf - Wasted Youth (Bat Out Of Hell 2) - 1993

(and I can't remember entirely, but maybe also in Neverland or Dream Engine too).

Ok, I'm done now :)

I just wish we could get a good recording of Love, Death, and an American Guitar with the new techno music background.

ROCK ON GOOD TIMES!!!

I might just be getting confused, but arn't the versions of Love, Death And An American Guitar the same on Bat 2 and Bad For Good? The only difference I can hear is the background noises...But I might be wrong, if so can someone please correct me...

Yes indeed Love, Death, and an American Guitar is the same as Wasted Youth. Some more synth effects were added for Wasted Youth.

I think the techno background works incredibly well live. It's an exciting start to the shows.

Love and Death / Wasted Youth (why were the titles changed?) is apart of Peter's Delirium in "Neverland" along with Nocturnal Pleasure from "Dead Ringer".
