Rock Pop in Concert 1981

Does anyone know why Meats voice is in such bad condition on the Germany Rockpalast concert in 1981? I have the bootleg CD and that must his voice at its worst. Maybe its my poor quality copy of it?

Does anyone have a good quality copy of it?

For a short while he lost his voice, which is why Steinman released Bad For Good without Meat, however he did get it back in time for Bad Attitude after an odd healing process in which a Healer rubbed a black and decker sander on his leg and knee as he believed Meat had become traumatised when he fell from the stage and broke his leg in tour and guess what- it worked, but Meat never released Bad For Good despite the fact that with him singing the title track would have become number 1 without a doubt.
