Eligible voting members will have until December 12th, 2011 to turn in ballots with their choices of two nominees from a non-performer and two from a performer category. Jim should be in there for the sheer inventiveness of the songs. I mean FFS Diane Warren and Desmond Child are in there, which when you think about it is something of an insult to Jim.
