hmmm....does anyone know if you're buying a house and the vendor pulls out after you've paid for a full structural survey, structural engineers survey, and damp & timber reports as well as solicitors fees (and of course the arrangement fee for the mortgage!) if there is any way of getting some of that money back?
i'm so totally gutted. the estate agent phoned me today to say that the vendor's pulled out on the house i was buying - i've spent an absolute fortune on surveys you couldn't imagine combined with everything else i've paid out - I can't believe it. I don't know why they pulled out, the estate agent hasn't been able to find out yet. Completely ruined my weekend! I'm gutted about losing the house because I really had my heart set on it, it seemed perfect for me...but the amount of money this has cost me is just heart wrenching. I'm guessing there is nothing I can do about that, but does anyone know different?? (since I have to wait 'til Monday before I can phone my solicitor) |

Sorry dont know anything about that,but sorry its happened..what a bummer,especially as it sounds like you had found the perfect place,hope you get on ok on monday..keep focused on the tour...then you will have at least one thing to look forward to
