Grrr I hate call centres - going thru several levels of 'if this press 1, if this press 2' to be held on hold for ages on an 0845 number (small fortune from my mobile), and subjected to random music. someone should create a call centre where if I have to hold this long i can pick the music i listen to!

Apparently they are sorry they have not yet been able to answer my call. Their customer service team are aware that I am waiting and will be with me shortly.

Wait till you spend 2+ hours like that only to get cut off at the end of it! As some of us did when Plymouth went on sale, phoned them in Cheshire set off for London and got cut off in Warwickshire!

Eurgh! No thanks! I've decided 30+ minutes on hold is more than enough for me. I've given up! Better things to do with my day (and money!)...so I'm off to the gym!! (yes, really)
