Family is incredibly important to me and is what you make it at the end of the day.

I have an uncle who is so self obsessed it is untrue...this side of the family were estranged from my grandfather and while my uncle was close, after a long period of time without knowing each other, he didn't have the decency to tell us 4 years ago that my grandfather had died (we found out two months later)

I can seriously tell you that there are people on this site that I consider my family before my "blood relatives"
