I have to break this god awful habit I have lapsed into, going to bed at 4:30 - 5AM, sometimes past that because I am really knackered now. I am falling back into the pattern I thought I had broken, I need some order in my life because this is ridiculas, I can't carry on like this.

do something in the evening! go out with friends, to the cinema, bars, etc....that way youll get tired pretty soon when you get home.
