and now as to thoughts, although i had an excellent evening with friends yesterday, today received sucky news that unsettled me, so today now is a shite day. why can't life just leave me to get on with it and not keep throwing all manner of shite at me?

I feel a bit lonely in this thread at the moment...! lol!
but anyway...does anyone know, if I remove someone as a friend on fb will they and their friends still be able to see themselves in pics of mine they are tagged in? in fact, will they still remain tagged? |

Hope ya feeling a bit more cheered up later today. X Factor is on in a bit, so that's always a good laugh. Not sure about FB if people remained tagged. I reckon they do. People can def see pictures as long as they are tagged I believe, but it may also depend on the album settings of the photos. You may want to set that to "everyone" instead of "just friends" in this case. Hope ya not deleting ME from your friends list!!! |

It depends who you're letting to see your pictures. It says...only friends, friends of the friends, everybody, etc...and yes, they will remain tagged...

Why is it that chicken is the scapegoat of the culinary world? Any food that was never intended to be food in the first place seems to be given credibility by the eater with the explanation "it tastes like chicken". I've used that line myself talking about Duck (though I really do believe duck tastes like chicken, only nicer). In the first book in the Red Dwarf series, the character Rimmer is shown to hold the opinion that DODO tastes like chicken, only much more expensive Meat Loaf once famously wrote "smells like fried chicken" on one of the album pressings. What the feck has the poor chicken done to deserve the constant comparison to some of the more unorthodox dining habits of man? And what part of a chicken are things supposed to taste like? Personally, I won't touch a chicken leg, but love a good bit of breast (que the titties and beer song) as they are very different. So are all these things supposed to taste like leg, breast, or wing? Perhaps it is this bountiful variety on one bird that lends the taste of it's meat to so many pretenders. And what if a person had never had chicken before? Someone gives them rattlesnake duck dodo in snail sauce and tells them "it tastes just like chicken". That person is going to think "if this is what chicken tastes like, screw it". The poor innocent chicken has his reputation sullied even further. I think the chicken has been given a pretty raw deal . |

Took the plunge just now and bought Live At The Royal Albert Hall - 2000 & Alone Together - Live At The Donmar - 1995 as I have been wanting to see these for awhile now . Can't wait for them to arrive, it's quite exciting actually, LOL.
It's been a good day, spent the evening round at the flat, dad did pizza's . |

i've called animal cruelty on the neighbors in back of my house... that poor dog has been in the yard in the storm crying all day... i went round the house to find them not home... this isn't the first time they've left that dog to have it barking and howling all hours of night ... i feel badly for the poor thing... being the "mum" of a 10yo pup meself ! .. i can't imagine leaving her out in the yard even an hour alone !! ... or half and hour...
or 5 minutes !! t... |
